Broke the bank for my wife for Christmas with the air wrap complete. Would shut itself off when turning. Then heard crackling noises where the wire connects to the device. Now doesn’t work at all. Forward 3 weeks and still no sign of replacement or no place to send to repair. Always had faith in Dyson products, we own several but have been let down with this product and service. Sorry Dyson
