I bought it 2 weeks ago , mostly because I hated the corded vacuum cleaner I had and secondly because the wireless option looked amazing.
I have used it 3 times so far . The battery backup is pretty good. It’s wireless it’s like I can expect it to run for hours on at a time.
My wife was initially angry I spend 500 on what she called an expensive broomstick initially, but once she used for a while. She apologised, OH YES SHE DID, and she is extreme happy with it. And mark my words, that lady is hard to please.
If my picky wife is happy and content with your product, and considers it a good investment then I gotta say Dyson , kudos to you, you made a very good product.
Though I will say I’m a bit disappointed you didn’t provide any screws for the wall mount . Maybe that’s something to think about.
